About Recovery College

Recovery College offers educational courses that focus on mental health and recovery. We design our courses specially to increase your knowledge and skills and help promote self-management. The aim is to enable you to take control by becoming an expert in your own wellbeing, so you can get on with your life despite mental health challenges – whether yours or those of someone close to you.

We serve the whole of West and East Sussex and, in addition to our full adult curriculum, our Discovery College provides courses for young people aged up to 20, their parents and other family members.

Courses are free to adults of all ages. Whether you’re looking to develop your knowledge and skills in self-management, you support somebody with mental health-related challenges, or you work in the mental health services, we’re delighted to welcome you on a learning journey.
